What are you bringing in?

If it’s metal, we can coat it. Steel, aluminum, stainless and plate galvanized. Chrome is the one exception.

How it works

  1. Send photos

    Photos, drawings or a parts list. We will give you an estimate.

  2. Bring it in

    8319 Chiles Industrial Ave #160, north Red Deer. Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm.

  3. We blast, coat and cure

    Your job gets a work order that sets every step. Then we blast, coat and cure in one building and check it with DeFelsko test equipment.

We built this shop after asking local manufacturers what they needed: more capacity in Red Deer and shorter lead times. Everything happens inside our heated 10,000 sq ft facility, so weather is never a factor. Big job or small, we can help.

How much does powder coating cost?

Most jobs are priced on size, prep and colour, and there are too many variables for a price list. Send photos or measured drawings and we will give you an estimate. The cost guide explains what moves the price.

How big a part can you coat?

Up to 32 feet long, 12 feet wide and 11 feet high, and up to 15,000 lb per load.

Do you blast without coating?

Yes. We blast parts for customers who paint or finish them elsewhere.

How do I get my parts ready?

Clean them, take off anything that can’t be coated and leave a spot to hang them. The prep guide has the full list.
