Built around the overhead line
Parts move through blast, blowdown, powder and cure on an overhead track rated for 15,000 lb a load. Nothing leaves the building between steps.
We prepare surfaces to the SSPC and NACE grade your coating supplier specifies. Our coaters are trained by the powder manufacturers, and we check blast profile and coating thickness with DeFelsko test equipment.
One-off or repeat run, send a drawing and a quantity and we will quote it.
