The powder line

Cure oven
32 ft long, 12 ft wide, 11 ft high inside. 3.5 MM BTU, natural gas fired.
Load limit
An engineered overhead system of five tracks, each rated to 3,000 lb, for up to 15,000 lb per oven load.
Powder booth
Sized to fit the part plus two coating technicians.
Blowdown booth
A separate blowdown and prep booth between blast and powder.
Burn off oven
1 MM BTU. Every hook goes through it after use, so cured powder never weakens the ground.
Colours
Over 100 in stock. Thousands more available, including specialty candy colours.

Built to hang, not roll

Most custom powder coaters roll parts through the booth and the oven on carts. We hang everything on overhead tracks, and we use a cart maybe six times a year.

More parts per oven load

Five overhead tracks, each rated to 3,000 lb, carry up to 15,000 lb into one big oven at once. The large burner brings thick steel up to temperature faster.

Fewer hands on your parts

Parts stay on the track from blast to cure, so our technicians handle each one fewer times. That keeps labour down, and the savings pass to you.

Room to coat

With no cart in the way, the booth fits the part plus two coating technicians, so two people can coat at once.

Manufacturers who tour the shop usually notice the layout first. Come see it for yourself.

The blast side

Small parts cabinet
48 by 48 inch, aluminum oxide, for smaller, delicate parts.

Both rooms heated and indoors, running year round. Media reclaimed, dust collected.
