An acid washed range hood

One of the most interesting pieces we have done. It started as bare steel. Our customer acid washed it and brought it to us. We prepped the surface to remove oils, then applied a powder clear coat. The acid wash is what makes the colours, and the clear coat deepens the colours and locks them in.
