Production powder coating for fabricators and manufacturers
Send us raw weldments, get back finished parts. Our shop was designed with manufacturers in mind and has supported small, medium and large ones since March 2011.

What comes through the shop
- Weldments and frames
- Enclosures and cabinets
- Laser cut and formed sheet metal
- Brackets and small production parts
- Skids and bases
- One-off prototypes
What a fabricator needs from a coater
- One stop. Blast, blow down, powder and cure in one heated building, so weather never holds up your job.
- Repeatable results. Coaters trained by the powder manufacturers, and thickness checked with DeFelsko equipment.
- Straight feedback. If a weld pinhole or a sharp edge will show through the finish, we say so before we coat.
- A work order for every job. It sets the path your parts take through the shop and the prep, coating, packaging and mil thickness you need, so every run is done the same way.
- A schedule. Lead times run 1 to 2 weeks, depending on the job. Call us and we'll give you a time for yours.
Capacity for production
Parts hang on overhead tracks from start to finish instead of riding on carts, so they are handled fewer times. That keeps labour down, and the savings pass to you.
- 5overhead tracks, 3,000 lb each
- 15,000 lbper oven load
- 32 ftcure oven, 12 ft wide and 11 ft high
- 100+colours in stock, thousands more available

Shops that send us work
Small, medium and large manufacturers from throughout Central Alberta.
We built this shop for them. Before we opened, local manufacturers told us there was not enough coating capacity in Red Deer, work was going out of town and lead times ran too long. The facility was designed to fix that.
