Powder coating for automotive, truck and trailer parts
If it is a bolt-on metal part, chances are we can powder coat it. Frames, truck decks, bumpers, suspension and brake parts blasted and powder coated in Red Deer, in a tough finish and the colour you want.

Strip it once, coat it right
Frames and decks see gravel, road salt and pressure washers. We blast them back to clean steel in a 30 foot blast room, then coat and cure in the same building.
Small parts get the same treatment. Bring suspension parts, brackets and brake parts apart and clean of grease. Anything rubber or plastic has to come off first because the oven runs at 200°C.

What drives the price
- Size and weight. A full frame is priced differently than a set of brackets.
- How it comes in. Stripped and degreased parts cost less than assembled, greasy ones.
- Rust and old coatings. Heavy scale means more blasting time.
- Colour. Stock colours cost less than a special order.
See the cost guide for what moves the price.
Automotive questions
Can you blast and coat a whole truck frame?
Yes, if it comes in bare. The large blast room is 30 feet long and the oven is 32 feet.
Can you powder coat brake calipers?
Yes. Take off anything rubber or plastic and bring them free of oil and grease. Call us and we'll walk you through the rest.
