Coated in one piece
A long railing coated as a single section has no field joints to touch up after install. The oven takes parts up to 32 feet long.
New railings come straight from the fabricator, get a blast for profile, and go into the booth. Old railings and patio furniture are blasted back to clean metal first, so the new finish is not sitting on top of failing paint.
What we coat
- Stair and deck railings
- Gates and fence panels

For builders and fabricators
Send drawings and lengths and we will quote the job. Tell us the install date and we will tell you plainly whether we can hit it.
For homeowners
Refinishing a railing or a patio set means blasting it back to clean metal and baking on a new finish. Send a photo and rough measurements for a quote.
Railing and gate questions
How long a railing can you coat?
Up to 32 feet in one piece. The oven is 12 feet wide and 11 feet high.
Can you coat aluminum railings?
Yes. Aluminum is media blasted with garnet in its own room, then pre-heated to burn off the oils that blasting brings out, then coated and cured.
Can you refinish old railings and patio furniture?
Yes. We blast off the old paint and rust, then coat. Remove cushions, plastic caps and glides first because the oven runs at 200°C.
